This Refund Policy applies to all AD paid plans purchased through Stripe for the AD browser extension and supporting account/billing pages on toolandmore.com.
All subscription charges are final. Once a payment is successfully processed, we do not provide full or partial refunds for that billing period.
AD is operated by a small team with ongoing infrastructure and operating costs, including AI usage, hosting, security, and support. This policy helps us keep the service stable and available for all users.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will continue to have access through the end of your current paid billing period.
Plan changes are handled by Stripe according to your subscription settings. Any credits, prorations, or effective dates are determined by Stripe’s billing rules.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate billing due to a technical issue), contact us at support@toolandmore.com. We will review and, where appropriate, issue a correction.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
